Scenatrio Introduction:This project is located in a reverse warehouse of a clothing brand in Nantong  mainly responsible for the quality inspection, shelving, and storage of returned clothing. The stored products cover the full range of the brand's clothing products.

Project Pain Points:

·Traditional manual operations are adopted. The manual efficiency is low, and the costs are enormous.

·There is a high demand for manual proficiency, with a significant efficiency gap between skilled workers and newcomers, resulting in high manual training costs.

·During large promotions, there is an accumulation of returned goods, necessitating a large number of temporary workers.

·Manual packaging.
